PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Office Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing office management services to the ACNL office. This includes maintaining front office services, financial management using appropriate software programs and maintaining office records.
- Maintain Office Services, Main Activities: Implement office policies, organize office operations and procedures, answer telephone and relay calls, prepare time sheets, control correspondences, order supplies, update organizational memberships, maintain office equipment,
- Maintain Office Records, Main Activities: Maintain financial records including payroll, ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date, ensure protection and security of files and records, transfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policies, ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
- Maintain Office Efficiency, Main Activities: Plan and implement office systems and equipment procurement, maintain and replenish inventory, check stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, verify receipt of supply.
- Perform other related duties as required.
A minimum of a college diploma is required for the position. Qualifications for this position include office administration knowledge, financial accounting knowledge and computer skills. Must be able to work in a team model under the supervision of the Executive Director.
SALARY: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00
